Every year, in conjunction with the preparation for the new academic year, the Association of University Koiné has created a help desk for students and others, called ASK at its headquarters Via Valverde 15 to Forlì, extending the opening of the office from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, from June until the end of September

The initiative includes the distribution of information on faculty and Forlì various courses with the goal of helping the decongestion of teaching and administrative secretariats. E 'was also activated a computerized database on the apartments available for students (see item vacation students )

E' was also undertaken a collaboration with the University to the University of Bologna in the project of international exchange Socrates -Erasmus. In this context, the service is responsible for reception of foreign students by identifying their accommodation before their arrival at Forli, granting their inclusion in the university world Forli and beyond, and supporting them in solving administrative problems and educational related to their stay.
